SYSTEM PROTECTION WITH LUBE, CONTROL AND SEAL OIL CONSOLES
Proper
lubrication is the key to obtaining long years of trouble-free turbomachinery
service. With nearly a century of experience in this field, Elliott is the
logical choice as the supplier for your turbomachinery lubrication system.
Oil Systems are manufactured at our Donora facility for Elliott and Non-Elliott
main equipment.
Elliott manufactures lube, control and seal oil consoles to satisfy a wide range of customer turbomachinery requirements ranging from 2 gpm to as much as 900 gpm, at pressures from 5 psi to 4350 psi. Our consoles are sturdily mounted on a welded steel rail base to withstand the most rigorous service in such places as offshore platforms, on board ships and in corrosive plant atmospheres. They perform flawlessly at temperatures ranging from frigid arctic lows to scorching desert heat.
Our
engineers calculate and select necessary components to build each system
in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards, such as
API, ASME and ANSI. They determine optimum positioning of piping, controls,
valves and other components. Upstream and downstream process equipment is
assembled on the consoles for simplification of installation and startup.
Elliott also can provide installation and startup services and operator
training.
Additionally, Elliott can design and build other essential auxiliary equipment such as seal water systems, buffer gas systems, contaminated seal oil drainer packages, accumulators, overhead seal tanks and other equipment.
