Our safety culture is comprised of the beliefs and values of our employees, as well as their perception of risk in the workplace. A strong EHS culture is best assessed by how we behave when nobody is looking – Do you follow safety policies/procedures? Our behavior is often motivated by consequences  Do you consider the consequences of working unsafely?

We can create a positive EHS culture by working safely, healthfully, and in a way that protects our environment because it is in the best interest of ourselves, our coworkers, and the organization as a whole.

We comply with and adhere to all EHS-related regulatory and other obligations, including those of our customers.

Compliance is our obligation to adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements, no matter what country we operate in globally.

We will establish, maintain, and continuously improve our EHS management system to enhance EHS performance.

We must conform to internal requirements, such as work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), directives, and other EHS rules. Conformance also includes meeting standards that are part of our customers' expectations.
