Process Controls
Elliott Group works continually to build strong internal controls for our environment, health, and safety (EHS) processes. Documented procedures and work instructions define the standards for how we operate without undue risk and exposure despite the often challenging conditions in which we perform our duties. Elliott Group expects that all employees will work safely by following all rules and standards to protect themselves and their coworkers.

Risk Awareness
Before beginning any job, Elliott Group employees are required to review the Two-Minute Rule, a checklist that promotes risk awareness and encourages the team to identify potential hazards. Employees and contractors must also follow Elliott's five Life-Saving Rules. These rules reflect best practices in a manufacturing environment. Our efforts to achieve zero injuries depend upon everyone complying with these rules.
