The efficiency and reliability of Elliott’s axial compressors is the result of rigorous, state-of-the-art engineering and testing. We use controlled diffusion technology for rotor blade airfoil designs, resulting in maximum efficiency across a wide operating range for substantial energy savings. We ensure long blade life and reliability through extensive use of Goodman and Campbell diagrams, finite element analysis, strain gauging and laboratory frequency tests. With computerized rotor dynamics programs, we analyze the complete lateral and torsional responses of each axial rotor and rotor support system.
