Nicholas Dorsch New Vice President of Industrial Products

Jeannette, PA – May 22, 2018 – Elliott Group announces that Nicholas Dorsch has joined its senior management team as Vice President of Industrial Products, effective immediately. Dorsch will lead the company’s industrial steam turbine line and its power generation group, reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer, Michael Lordi.

Dorsch brings 30 years of experience to his new role, including an extensive background in global operations, business strategy, process improvement, and change management. Most recently he was Sr. Director of Operations for Gardner Denver’s Nash Division in Bentleyville, Pennsylvania, where he previously served as Sr. Global Director of Product and Business Strategy, and Director of Global Operations.

Prior to joining Gardner Denver Nash in 2013, Dorsch spent 18 years at IDEX Corporation, where his positions included President of its Versa-Matic Pump Group; Vice President of IDEX Commercial Operations for Europe, Africa and Latin America; and Vice President of IDEX Strategic Business Development.

Nicholas Dorsch graduated from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1988 with a BA in International Business & Foreign Languages. He has earned certificates in Finance for Executives from the Kellogg School of Management; Lean Manufacturing & Integrative Designs from the University of Michigan; and Advanced Management Skills from the Mahler Executive Development program. In addition, he has achieved Green Belt status in Six Sigma, Value Selling, Ideation, and Negotiation, and has completed additional training in Value Stream Mapping. He is active in Rotary International and a board member of the Miracle League of Western Pennsylvania.
