08/15/2023 | Elliott Group to Supply Equipment for the Port Arthur LNG Phase 1 Project
Jeannette, PA, August 14, 2023 – Elliott Group announced that it has won an order to supply cryogenic rotating equipment for the Port Arthur LNG Phase 1 project in Jefferson County, Texas. Elliott will supply cryogenic pumps, expanders, boil-off gas (BOG) compressors, and end flash gas (EFG) compressors for the project, which is being developed by Sempra Infrastructure.

12/03/2019 | Elliott Launches Construction on Cryodynamic Products Test Facility
Elliott Group broke ground today on a $60M Cryodynamic Products test facility about a mile from the company’s headquarters and main manufacturing campus in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. The biggest capital project in Elliott’s history will include six buildings, with approximately 30,000 square feet under roof on the 13-acre site. Construction will take 18 months. When the new facility is fully operational, it will generate approximately 130 jobs.

August 12, 2015 - Jeannette, PA – Elliott Group’s repair shop in Baton Rouge, Louisiana set a new safety record in July – six years without a recordable incident. The 21 employees at the gulf coast facility worked more than 325,000 man hours to reach this milestone, a direct result of their safe work practices and team engagement.

Elliott Group has won the order for a coker compression string for the Antipinsky Refinery in Tyumen, Russia. The project is part of the refinery’s Phase III expansion to increase capacity and to incorporate EURO-5 standards for diesel fuel. Foster Wheeler is the licensor and design developer for the project.

Elliott Group will supply the main compression equipment for Dow Chemical Company’s world-scale cracker to be built in Freeport, TX. Known as LHC-9, the plant will take advantage of shale gas-based ethane feedstocks. This will be one of the largest ethylene plants in North America and the largest in Dow’s operations.

Jeannette, PA - May 7, 2014 - Dow Chemical Company has chosen Elliott Group to supply the main compression equipment for its new propane dehydrogenation (PDH) facility in Freeport, Texas. When it comes online in 2015, the plant will be one of the largest single-train PDH units in North America. Dow’s Freeport facility will be dedicated to the “on-purpose” production of propylene, using propane as the feedstock. Much of the propylene produced in the United States today is a by-product of the naphtha cracking or fluid catalytic cracking processes in refineries.
